Jamey received Best Pitcher in 1984 & 1985. In 1986 Jerry received that same award while Jamey was Best Offensive Player and MVP. That same year the Hounds were Region Champions, South Georgia Champions and State Runner Up. Jamey also played football for the Hounds starting as Linebacker and Offensive Guard.

After marrying Jill and completing his Associates at Andrew College he went on to further his education and received his Bachelor's Degree with a major in Business Management from Georgia College. In 1989 Jamey and a friend started Sports Tec in the back of his dad's insurance office. In 1992 they changed the business name to Team Sports. In 1998 his friend left and Jamey continued on with Team Sports. He now not only has the Macon location which is operated out of the old Piggly Wiggly store where he worked in highschool, but has a

second location in Kathleen, Ga.

Jamey has 5 children and has spent years coaching them in baseball and football. He spent 18 years on the Jones Co. Youth Football League (JCYFL) board and 10 years as League President. His 2 oldest sons Zack and Dylan are working with him and he hopes to continue growing the business. He also has grandkids and looks forward to the time ahead with them.

Jamey Huckeba. the CEO of Team Sports was born December 16, 1967 to Larry and Janice Huckeba. They taught him to have faith in Jesus Christ, the value of hard work and how important it is to stay true to your word. Jamey grew up playing sports along with his 3 brothers and 1 sister. Their father, Larry played baseball in highschool and raised them watching the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs so it was only natural for him to share his interest and love of sports with them.
